Shark-Con 2019!
Shark-Con is a real thing! And it’s an awesome thing. On July 14th and 15th all sorts of shark lovers got together at the Florida Convention Center. This is the Shark-Con Website for More Info.
I attended Shark Con on the 13th and it was a wonderful menagerie of shark lovers ranging from non-profits, to ocean themed shops to speakers to shark activities for kids!
Usually when I ask people “What is your favorite species of shark and why?” The most common answer is the Megalodon or the Great White. In an exhibit hall of shark lovers, I got many various answers for many various reasons. Check out this Friends with Fins video:
