How to Bake a Fish Cake

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! This video shows you step by step how to bake a pumpkin fish cupcake cake! The recipe is below.

For Round Cake-Ingredients:
1/2 Can Pumpkin
1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
1/2 bag of dairy free chocolate chips
Pumpkin Bread and Muffin Baking Mix from Trader Joe’s
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
2 large eggs
Nutmeg
Clove
Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Follow the instructions on the Pumpkin Bread and Muffin Baking Mix. Add the pumpkin, applesauce and chocolate chips. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and clove to taste. Pour into round cake pan and bake for 45-55 minutes.

For the Cupcakes- Ingredients:
1/2 Can Pumpkin
1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
1/2 bag of dairy free chocolate chips
Betty Crocker Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix
Vanilla
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
3 large eggs
Nutmeg
Clove
Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Follow the instructions on the Cake Mix Box. Add the pumpkin, applesauce and chocolate chips. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and clove to taste. Pour into muffin tins and bake for 20-22 minutes.
